Building Community...
A Powerful Asset for 21st Century Leadership

Guest Speaker: Clifton Taulbert

To meet the challenges and exceed the expectations of our 21st century workplaces and marketplaces, 21st Century LEADERSHIP must be committed to RELATIONSHIP building, a powerful asset to build the team and ensure great results!

Today’s leaders, along with their commitment to achieving the strategic objectives of the organization, must be equally committed to ensuring an internal working environment branded by R.A.I. – Respect, Affirmation and Inclusion. Such an environment will provide for the full utilization of all the talent recruited and hired and the full use of their skills, experiences and perspectives. We call this “Connecting the Dots!” Within workplaces where optimizing performance is critical, employees must not remain as independent silos (dots) of excellence, but become a dynamic and connected team fully committed to achieving the goals of the organization.

This SES Forum will challenge you to use your leadership position and influence you to assist each employee to achieve above and perform beyond their perceived limitations. You will be called to action to build community by leading with the “Eight Habits of the Heart,” described by a Missouri judge, a graduate of Stanford University, as “a revolution in consciousness.”
