| Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld responds to a reporter's question during a press conference at NATO headquarters in Brussels, Belgium, on Dec. 1, 2003. Rumsfeld and Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Peter Pace, U.S. Marine Corps, gave reporters an update on the progress of the NATO meetings.
