PURPOSE OF THE AGREEMENT: To foster cooperation and joint activites along the Selma to Montgomery Historic Trail and the Selma to Montgomery All-American Road. The FHWA and NPS will coordinate program plans, resources, and technical assistance associated with designation of US 80 from Selma to Montgomery as an All-American Road and a National Historic Trail.
