Office Supplies

GSA customers can purchase office supplies directly from GSAAdvantage!®, GSA's online transactional website. In addition, customers can research Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) information on GSA eLibrary.

Schedule 75 offers customers access to office products, and restroom products to assist in daily business operations. The items include:

  • Copier Paper
  • Writing Instruments
  • Toner
  • Labels
  • Desktop Supplies
  • Automated Data Products
  • Paper Towels
  • And more

There are several other Schedules that can assist customers in achieving their agency mission in regards to supplies:

  • Schedule 67 Provides access to various office photographic products such as digital cameras, film, paper, and processing equipment
  • Schedule 81IB offers pallets, bags, hazardous material packaging, shipping, packaging, radio frequency materials, and packing supplies.
  • Schedule 76 provides books, pamphlets, and periodicals. The books include information covering computers, technology, finance, accounting, science, math, and topics for children. Online data sources are also included in this Schedule.
  • Mandatory source products can be purchased from the AbilityOne Single Award Schedule, Schedule 00JWOD. The Schedule offers a variety of office supplies that include writing instruments, and desk supplies such as blotters, binders,  and labels.
