a.)  The use of Voluntary Early Retirement under 5 U.S.C 8336(d)(2), 5 U.S.C 8414(1)(B), and section 7001, Public Law 105-174 (as amended by P.L. 106-58)

b.)  The voluntary early retirement option under 5 CFR section 831.114 and 842.213.

59.   D/A TO ACCEPT A DONATION OF LAND FOR AN INDIAN HEALTH CLINIC AND STAFF QUARTERS

Enabling Document:  HHS D/A dated May 2, 2003 from the Secretary HHS to the Interim Director, IHS.

Delegates all authorities vested in the Secretary HHS, under P.L. 107-63, to the Interior and Related Agencies Appropriations Act for Fiscal Year 2002, 115 Stat. 458 to accept land donated by the Tanadgusix Corporation, to acquire sites for and Indian Health Clinic and staff quarters, located on St. Paul Island, Alaska, to the Directors OPH and OEHE.
