The system error with the "NEW PIN" request option is fixed.
All myPay customers can request a new PIN as normal. However, if you requested a PIN letter prior to Jan. 16, 2009, did not receive it, and you still need a PIN, you may request another PIN letter. Please allow 10 days between requests to verify non-receipt. For registered email users, you may use the "NEW PIN" option to request a PIN by email or you may use the fax process to obtain a temporary PIN.
If you need further assistance please contact a Customer Service Representative at 1-888-332-7411.
We apologize for any inconvenience that this problem may have created. |
