Read Important Security Information before logging in

To better protect your myPay PIN, DFAS has installed a VIRTUAL KEYBOARD for you to enter your myPay PIN. This keyboard reduces threats from malicious software (e.g. spyware, keyloggers, etc.). The virtual keyboard displays the keys in random order and requires you to click on the appropriate key with your mouse. To learn more about this feature, see our Security FAQs.

All 2008 Tax Statements (W-2 and 1099) are available on myPay.

For Civilians - State Tax Changes:
The following states have made changes to their tax rates: New Mexico, Delaware, Arkansas, Colorado, Idaho, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Hawaii and Montana. These changes are not yet available on myPay. If you wish to make a change to your state tax for one of these states immediately, you must see your Customer Service Representative. We will make these changes available for these states via myPay shortly. Look for updates here. We apologize for the inconvenience.

The system error with the "NEW PIN" request option is fixed. All myPay customers can request a new PIN as normal. However, if you requested a PIN letter prior to Jan. 16, 2009, did not receive it, and you still need a PIN, you may request another PIN letter. Please allow 10 days between requests to verify non-receipt. For registered email users, you may use the "NEW PIN" option to request a PIN by email or you may use the fax process to obtain a temporary PIN. If you need further assistance please contact a Customer Service Representative at 1-888-332-7411. We apologize for any inconvenience that this problem may have created.

On April 29, 2005, the Under Secretary of Defense Comptroller and the Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness signed the new Policy for Electronic Wage and Tax Statements and Leave and Earning Statements. Click here for the Electronic Policy Memo.
