Pearl Street Federal Building in NYC
The Northeast and Caribbean Region is home to more than 70 federally-owned facilities. It manages more than 22 million square feet of government-owned and leased space in New Jersey, New York, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

In general, federal building hours of operation are from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Visitors having business with specific agencies within a federal building are advised to check with that agency for its respective business hours.

Clients should contact the nearest service center for building operation and maintenance, and tenant services, including lease administration, and repairs and alterations.

Agency clients can call or email their account manager for workplace-related support, such as project management, interior design, architects/engineers, and contract professionals.
