The Docket is composed of Federal Register Notices, the rules, and supporting documentation, and public comments. As part of the rulemaking process the public can comment on proposed and final rules. The rule makings currently open for public comment are available at Air Docket Comment Period Closings and Federal Register Effective Dates - May 01, 2009 . Comment on the document – By clicking on the document id link you will automatically be routed to Regulations.gov, once there you can both view and comment directly on the rule by clicking on this icon . Please address your written comments to the Environmental Protection Agency, EPA Docket Center (EPA/DC), Air and Radiation Docket, Mail Code 2822T, 1200 Pennsylvania Avenue, N.W., Washington, DC 20460. E-mail comments may be sent to the A-and-R-Docket@epamail.epa.gov. Operation The Air and Radiation Docket is operated by contract personnel from Arctic Slope Regional Corporation. The Docket public reading room is located in the EPA Docket Center, Room 3334 in the EPA West Building, located at 1301 Constitution Ave., NW, Washington, D.C. The Docket is open to the public on all federal government work days from 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. The Docket will accept phone and fax requests for material.
