DoIT's
Fiscal Unit is responsible for all financial aspects of the
operation including the major tasks of rate development,
billing, and budgeting. DoIT is an Internal Service Fund
that offers approximately 45 various IT services to customer
agencies, all of which must have rates developed on an
annual basis to recover the cost of operations. DoIT's
Fiscal Unit also produces monthly, quarterly, and annual
billings for these services as well as provides budgetary
oversight for all accounts associated with the operation. The Fiscal
staff work with all of DoIT management to develop DoIT's
biennial budget. |
