| Participating Government Agencies From ensuring motor carrier safety to safeguarding against hoof and mouth disease, the forty ITDS Participating Government Agencies (PGAs) currently slated for ACE integration, are as diverse as international trade is complex. Spanning the breadth of the federal government, the PGAs represent ten cabinet level and four independent departments/agencies. Many PGAs are commonly known, others are less publicly visible. All are equally vital to keeping the commerce crossing our borders safe, secure and legitimate. Visit PGA websites to learn more . . . | |
| The ITDS Board of Directors The ITDS program is governed by a multi-agency Board of Directors currently chaired by Tim Skud, Deputy Assistant Secretary, Tax, Trade and Tariff Policy, Department of the Treasury. The Board provides executive leadership and direction and works with PGAs on all issues related to ACE integration, including policymaking, planning, and management. | |
| ITDS Board Committees The ITDS Board of Directors (BoD) committees, working groups, and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) serve as forums for discussion and resolution of ITDS issues related to Board operations or PGA integration into ACE. PGAs lend their subject matter expertise to these committees as each committee plays a key role in guiding program efforts toward successful implementation of the ITDS vision. | |
