construction projects in excess of $2,000), issued by the Wage and Hour Division of the Department of Labor, can be found on the

as well as the Wage Determinations
OnLine website. In addition to Davis-Bacon Wage Determinations, the Wage Determinations OnLine program provides access to Service
Contract Act (SCA) Wage Determinations (the prevailing wage rates to be paid on federally funded or assisted service contracts in excess
of $2,500).

GPO Access: You can browse Davis-Bacon Wage Determinations (dated March 2, 2001 to the present) by
state with results listed alphabetically by county and then by construction type. You can also search the
entire database using limiting features such as state, construction type, keyword and date. Another feature is the
week's modifications.

Wage Determinations OnLine: The website provides a single location for obtaining Service Contract Act (SCA) and Davis-Bacon Act (DBA)
wage determinations (WDs). Archived WDs for both the SCA and the DBA (dated 2000 to 2003) are provided along with listings of those due
to be revised. SCA WDs can be searched by state and county. DBA WDs can be searched by number or by using the selection criteria of
state, county, construction type, and WD number. Results are listed in WD numerical order.
