Employment Law Information Network

The Employment Law Information Network (http://www.elinfonet.com/) contains current articles from regional newspapers and law firm newsletters covering employment law topics.

The left column has an "Articles" section organized by Federal Law, State Law, Newsletters, Most Recent articles, Hot Topics and Most Popular articles. There is also an "Employment Laws" section with links to the USC, the CFR and articles covering ADA, ERISA, FLSA, FMLA and others. Another section in the right column, "Case Law," provides a searchable database of employment law cases with links to articles regarding the case.

In the middle column of the homepage, you will see current Employment Law Articles from regional newspapers covering topics such as overtime, harassment and discrimination among others. Scroll down the page to see the Federal Employment Law Articles Index (arranged by topic) and a State Employment Law Articles Index (arranged by state). You can search articles from approximately the past two months by going into the Headline Archives (http://www.elinfonet.com/headlines.php), located just above the Federal Employment Law Articles Index, and selecting a specific date.

The right column contains newsletter articles from law firms on employment law topics such as religious discrimination, OSHA, immigration and sexual harassment among others. These articles cover topics concerning recently decided cases, new laws, amendments, etc.
