The Federal Administration collection of the Wirtz Labor Law Library is a very extensive collection filled with decisions on every topic related to the US Department of Labors' subjects.
The collection includes material from the offices and agencies of the ALJ, the ADA, The Attorney General, the Comptroller General, the ECAB, Fair Employment, the Fair Labor Relations Authority, Federal Mine Safety and Health, Individual Employments Rights, Labor arbitration and relations, MSPB, NLRB, Mediation Board determinations, OSHA, OFCCP, and Wage and Hour decisions, cases and most of the opinion letters issued by the division (WHD) which are dated 1961 through 2004.
The collection also includes copies of most of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) Advisory Opinion Letters which are dated 1977-1997.
