National Broker Contract
GSA uses private sector commercial real estate brokers as a tool to provide consistent, high-quality services nationwide to federal agencies that rely on GSA for lease acquisition. On October 4, 2004, GSA awarded a limited number of broker service contracts under one national contract. Contractors received Notice to Proceed on April 1, 2005. The national contract included 4 option years and the 4th option has been exercised. We are now in Contract Year 5 that will expire March 31, 2010.
