Real Property Acquisition Program
The Public Buildings Service provides site selection and real property acquisition services for GSA and other agencies in accordance with the Public Buildings Act of 1959, and the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970 (Uniform Act). The enacting legislation is contained in the Code of Regulations 49 CFR, Part 24.
