Meeting registration fee: $300. The fee for registrations or payments received after April 20, 2009 is $350.

Your registration includes meeting materials, lunch and light refreshments on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Late/onsite registration fee: $350.

Registration cancellation fee: $50.

Field trip fee: $20

Please note: Each attendee is responsible for booking their own travel. Travel expenses (transportation, lodging, etc.) are not included in the meeting registration fees listed above. Please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding your meeting registration or travel arrangements.
