National Distribution Target ReportThe National Distribution Target Report is used primarily to assist the GSA allocating regions in distributing available surplus property. Based on Census figures, in the National Distribution Target Per State report below, covering a two year period, reflects each state agency's individual "piece of the surplus pie" if the total available surplus volume was perceived as 100 percent. Each individual state agency percentage is applied to both the distribution formula and the historical register, two pieces of data found in the State Allocation Grid.
