Rates for Local Telecom Services

Federal customers can subscribe to local telecommunication services through the Greater Southwest Region's Local Telecommunications Services Acquisition contracts and the Metropolitan Area Acquisition program.

The rates listed below are for GSA consolidated locations and do not include applicable charges associated with line provisioning such as the Universal Service Fee, line number portability, expanded calling charges, and the telecommunications relay charge. Contact your local GSA project manager for charges applicable to your location and to obtain additional rate information on exclusive-use agency locations.

FY 09 Main Station Rates

All bills for local telecommunications services are provided online via the Telecommunications Ordering and Pricing System (TOPS) website, which contains current and previous bills, as well as a link to the database for an inventory of products and services currently in place.

Orders submitted through GSA to establish new lines, disconnect lines, add voice mail or other feature to a line, as well as to install, move or change telephone instruments, will incur an order preparation fee of $25.00 per order. Non-recurring installation services will be assessed as a separate charge.
