Childcare Services

The Rocky Mountain Region currently operates five childcare centers in our federal buildings (80% of the eligible centers are accredited).

Federal agency employees may inquire into obtaining childcare services by:

  • Contacting the director for the GSA child care center desired, choosing from the current list of GSA's Rocky Mountain Region's child care centers
  • Starting the application process by scheduling an interview with the Child Care Center Director to discuss your child care needs and arrange a tour of the facility
  • Providing contact information so the Child Care Center Director may contact you when space is available.

Many families may be eligible for child care subsidies. GSA child care centers may also accept applications from the general public for spaces not filled by federal employees' children.

GSA's Child Care library provides a wealth of resources, from Tips for Parents, to information for agencies interested in learning more about how to obtain a child care center.

The majority of Rocky Mountain Region's child care centers are accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). One hundred and ten GSA childcare centers are operated nationwide. To learn more, check out GSA's Child Care Operations Center of Expertise.
