Acting Regional Administrator and Regional Commissioner Public Buildings Service

Glenn C. Rotondo

Mr. Rotondo serves as GSA’s Acting Regional Administrator for New England. The GSA New England Region builds, owns and manages federal real property, including federal courthouses, office buildings and Land Ports of Entry on the Canadian border.  The region presently has under management 92 owned and 313 leased facilities totaling 10,649,403 square feet of space housing more than 22,320 federal employees.  Additionally, the New England Region provides technology and telecommunication services for federal facilities and is responsible for the disposal of all excess federal real property in the northeastern United States, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Mr. Rotondo continues to serve as the Regional Commissioner for the Public Buildings Service.  He has been with GSA since 1987 and has held a number of senior leadership positions including Acting Regional Administrator, Deputy Regional Administrator and Director, Property Disposal Division.

Rotondo earned his bachelor of science degree in accounting from Providence College and law degree from New England School of Law.  He is a licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

Deputy Regional AdministratorMarjorie B. Samra

Ms. Samra was appointed Deputy Regional Administrator on March 3, 2005. In her 34 years with GSA, Ms. Samra has held many leadership positions in the New England Region including Chief of Staff, Director of General Management and Administration, Acting Assistant Regional Administrator for the Federal Technology Service, Public Buildings Service Director of the South Service Center and Director of the Real Estate Division. Ms. Samra earned her bachelor of arts degree from Clark University.

Regional Commissioner Federal Acquisition Service

Sharon A. Wall

Ms. Wall brings a wealth of experience in the technology field and has provided strong leadership in the John Hancock Company. As Chief Technology Officer of Long Term Care Partners, LLC (a joint venture of John Hancock Financial Services and Metropolitan Life Insurance Company) she was instrumental in implementing state-of-the-art infrastructure and applications to serve federal government agencies. During her tenure at John Hancock Financial Services, Ms. Wall was responsible for all network services and related technology procurements. From 1973 to 1987, she served as the Chief of the Operations Branch, Telecommunications Division, at FTS, New England. Ms. Wall is a graduate of Northeastern University.
