TSA Competency Development

From the TSA Competency Table below select the competency you wish to strengthen. Each competency includes links for OLC Courses and Developmental Activities.

Note: To access OLC courses on the Online Learning Center:

  1. Log on to the OLC,
  2. Select the catalog search link at the top of the page,
  3. Follow the catalog search instructions to find the course, and
  4. Select the Add to Learning Plan button to add the course to your OLC learning Plan.

PASS Competencies

TSO and Lead TSO PASS competency performance is measured in the areas of Customer Service, Interpersonal Skills, Decisiveness, and Oral Communication.

Supervisory TSO and Security Manager PASS competency performance is measured in the areas of Conflict Management, Customer Service, Interpersonal Skills, Decisiveness, Oral Communication, and Team Building.
