Every time an individual visits a doctor, hospital, or another healthcare provider, a record of the visit is made. This information is then compiled into what is known as a health record. This document discusses how a health record, also known as a medical record, is used by doctors, nurses, and other medical staff to ensure that one receives quality healthcare.
