The Business Operations Center provides a wide range of high quality, customer friendly, administrative services in support of Department of Labor (DOL) programs. Develops policy for and manages DOL's procurement, grants management, competitive sourcing, cost determination programs. Provides a comprehensive program of administration and management support services to Departmental Management and other BOC client organizations. These services include, but are not limited to, procurement services, building management, engineering support,  space, telecommunications, printing, and publishing, and mail distribution.
