OPP Dockets not included in regulations.gov are available in hard copy format via telephoning, writing or visiting the OPP Public Regulatory Docket located at Potomac Yard. When requesting documents, please provide the docket number, the document ID # and the title of the document.

How to Obtain Documents
Each document in the OPP Docket has an "ID" number and is classified in one of the following categories - "A", "B", or "C". The codes identifies the release category of each document. The categories are described as follows:
- Releasable to anyone.
- Releasable to persons who are able to sign the Affirmation of Non-Multinational Status Form which is available on the Affirmation Web page. If "B" documents appear on the index, a copy of the Affirmation is attached.
- Claimed confidential by the submitter. Requests for "C" documents must be processed under the Freedom of Information Act and EPA's public information regulations at 40 CFR Part 2, subpart S

Prepayments cannot be accepted. However, docket walk-in customers will receive an invoice on-site. Requests exceeding $14.00 (over 193 pages) by telephone or mail must be processed under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).
