Request for wage survey information entire state of New Mexico

 Information by State
 Print version

Dear Local Contracting Administrator:

The U. S. Department of Labor (DOL) has requested the assistance of the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in obtaining credible records from HUD's grantee. Specifically, the request for Certified Payrolls Reports (CPR) that are in the local contracting agency's possession (CPRs should be on file for any contracts that would invoke labor standards requirements for the Davis-Bacon and Related Act, Contract Work Hour Safety and Standards Act, and the Copeland Act).

DOL will be conducting a wage survey of residential construction projects in the metropolitan and rural counties throughout the state of New Mexico. The survey period will be on projects that were active from June 01, 2007 - May 31, 2008. The collection of this data may materially affect the resulting wage determination in your county area.

Please report even if your agency has a negative report to Rachel Guerrero, ESA, DOL, at (972) 850-2625 not later than May 08, 2009.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation in this worthwhile effort.
