This seminar provides information on new rule changes and specific fundamental information utilized by operators of small natural gas systems. Emphasis on proper use of guide materials for operators of small gas systems is covered in detail. Proper recordkeeping and properties of hydrocarbons are stressed in the seminar to better acquaint small operators with fundamental operations of gas facilities.
