Welcome to the Recreational Fisheries Statistics
Program. Our website provides descriptions and materials
for each of the recreational data collection programs
administered by the Fisheries Statistics Division,
Office of Science & Technology, NOAA Fisheries
Service.
You may also view recent publications, query or

catch and effort data series, obtain local
fish names or
check on upcoming
meetings.
MISSION
The program's mission is to provide accurate, precise,
and timely fisheries-dependent information for
US marine waters through the coordination and administration
of recreational fisheries surveys nationwide.
UPGRADE
In response to a program
review, documents relevant and critical to the design,
implementation and evaluation of the evolving survey
program will be posted on this website. Please check
