Gary Reblin

Reblin was appointed vice president of Expedited Shipping for the U.S. Postal Service in March 2008. He reports to the president of Shipping and Mailing Services. Reblin oversees Express Mail and Priority Mail products and services, and is developing programs that will maximize their profitability and value.

A 15-year postal veteran, Reblin was most recently manager of Intelligent Mail Planning and Standards, where he led the Postal Service's efforts to upgrade its technical infrastructure and develop the Intelligent Mail Barcode, which has enabled the Postal Service to identify and track every piece of U.S. Mail.

He has also served in other key management positions in Engineering, where he helped set the strategic direction of the letter and flats automation programs.

Reblin holds a degree in industrial engineering and operations research from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and a Masters in Business Administration from Strayer University.
