Tim Healy was named vice president of Retail Products and Services in April 2009 reporting to the President, Mailing and Shipping Services. He is responsible for the development, marketing, and merchandising of retail products and services, and for creating and maintaining an environment that enhances the retail experience.

A Postal veteran of 36 years, Healy most recently served as Suncoast District Manager in Tampa, Florida. Through his strong customer service and operations background including District Manager in Albany, NY; Senior Plant Manager Long Island District, Senior Plant Manager Triboro District ; and experience in logistics, distribution, customer service operations and delivery operations, Healy brings a valuable and practical perspective to his role. Understanding the potential offered by the strong relationship between our employees and our customers, Healy helped pioneer the successful Customer Connect program as Albany District Manager. He also took part in a project to help create Address Information Systems when work was being done to create the nine-digit ZIP Code.

Healy and his wife Jayne live in Palm Harbor, Florida. They have two sons. Brian is a Chiropractor in Sarasota, Florida and Dan is a senior at Clearwater Central Catholic high school.
