Four character code of 1's and 0's.

First char - Highway - (Yes if 1)
Second char - Rail - (Yes if 1)
Third char - Water - (Yes if 1)
Fourth char - Air - (Yes if 1)

Example: A code of "1001" would be highway and air modes.
