ACTION: Notice of the availability of the finding of no significant impact (FONSI) for the National Distress System Modernization Project (NDSMP). ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: In accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act and the Council of Environmental Quality Regulations, the Coast Guard has approved its Programmatic Environmental Assessment (PEA) for the National Distress System Modernization Project (NDSMP).
