Availability of Funds

    A notice announcing the availability of Fiscal Year 1999 funds for 
the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) Prevention Public Health 
Conference Support Program was published in the Federal Register on 
March 10, 1998, [Vol. 64 FR No.46, pages 11911-11914] [FR Doc. 99-
5867]. The notice is rescinded in its entirety, due to lack of funds.
