El Dorado Irrigation District; Notice of Availability of Final 
Environmental Assessment

December 14, 1999.
    An final environmental assessment (FEA) is available for public 
review. The FEA is to surrender the exemption from licensing for the 
Weber Dam Hydroelectric Project. The Project is located on the North 
Fork Weber Creek in El Dorado County, California.
    The FEA was written by staff in the Office of Hydropower Licensing, 
Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. Copies of the FEA can be viewed 
in the Public Reference Branch, Room 2A, of the Commission's offices at
