National Endowment for the Arts; Combined Arts Advisory Panel

    Pursuant to Section 10(a)(2) of the Federal Advisory Committee Act 
(Public Law 92-463), as amended, notice is hereby given that the open 
session of the Combined Arts Advisory Panel, Arts Education Section, 
previously announced for 1:00-2:30 p.m. on Friday, December 17, 1999, 
has been changed to 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on the same day.
