Consolidated Funding Cycle (CFC) / CFC Application
 
How To Apply:                           
Applications are accepted twice a year, during the
Spring and Fall rounds of the Consolidated Funding Cycle (CFC).        
 
Applicants must work with a Regional Advisor  
before any application submission.

IMPORTANT NOTICES:
HELP Program Clarification: The listing of populations eligible for HELP program funding included in Section 6, Page 2, under "Eligible Projects", is incorrect. The correct populations for the HELP Program are shown in Part 3 of the Application, Page 6. They are: 1) Homeless, including victims of domestic violence (Housing PLUS definition only) and 2) group homes for persons with developmental disabilities or chronic mental illness. Please refer to the populations listed in Part 3 of the Application if you will be applying for HELP funds.
