A strategic plan helps an organization make the most effective use of resources. It guides decision-making and resource allocation.
The 2007-09 OHCS strategic plan differs from the past plan. The foundation for the current Plan rests on the development, with partner input, of models and strategies to reduce homelessness and hunger in Oregon.
