Needs and Uses: The Coastal Change Analysis Program (C-CAP) of the Coastal Services Center has been using remote sensing technology to quantify habitat change in coastal areas of the United States. It offers to coastal managers the ability to monitor habitat loss due to natural events such as hurricanes or human induced events. The questionnaire, which will be used for programmatic evaluation, will provide information on the performance of C-CAP and the utility of their products. The information will be used to make appropriate improvements, investigate potential links with the private sector, and plan future program implementation. Affected Public: State, local or tribal government, federal government, business or other for-profit organizations, not-for-profit institutions. Frequency: One time.
