ACTION: Final rule. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: In MM Docket No. 98-2, the Chief, Allocations Branch, granted the rulemaking proposal (RM-9712) filed by WLME, Inc. and set forth in Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, 63 FR 4206, published January 28, 1998, to change the community of license of Station WCXM(FM), Hawesville, Kentucky, by reallotting Channel 246A from Hawesville to Whitesville, Kentucky as that community's first local aural transmission service, and to modify that station's license by specifying Whitesville as the new community of license.
