AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.

ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: This document allots Channel 289A to Manhattan, Montana, in 
response to a petition filed by Manhattan Broadcasting Company. See 63 
FR 71413, December 28, 1998. The coordinates for Channel 289A at 
Manhattan, Montana, are 45-51-12 NL and 111-19-42 WL. With this action, 
this proceeding is terminated. A filing window for Channel 289A at 
Manhattan, Montana, will not be opened at this time. Instead, the issue 
of opening a filing window for this channel will be addresed by the 
Commission in a subsequent order.

EFFECTIVE DATE: April 26, 1999.
