Description of Project: The licensee requests Commission authorization to permit the Authority to increase the rate of water withdrawal at its existing pumping station at Lake Oliver reservoir from 5.0 million gallons per day currently to 8.0 million gallons per day. Existing pumps at the site are able to accommodate this increased water withdrawal; consequently, the proposed action would not involve any new construction activity. l.
