The petitioning group of workers are covered under an existing Trade Adjustment Assistance certification issued for all workers of Schlumberger Oilfield Services, also known as Dowell Schlumberger and also known as Anadrill Schlumberger operating at various locations in the State of Texas (TA-W-35,463A).
