E-filing, exchange standards open to review
The Joint Technology Committee (JTC) of the Conference of State Court Administrators (COSCA) and the National Association for Court Management (NACM) seeks review and comment on proposed standards for electronic filing and information exchange by May 15.

Study: Huge growth in probation/parole
The NCSC’s Center for Sentencing Initiatives was one of the survey partners contributing to a new report from the Pew Charitable Trusts showing that one in 31 U.S. adults are behind bars, on parole or on probation.
