PHMSA will meet with the American Petroleum Institute Integrity Committee to discuss pipeline repair interval/criteria issues.  The primary purpose of this meeting is to discuss industry data and cyclic fatigue concerns and how integrity requirements could apply to low stress pipelines under Phase 2 of the integrity management regulatory program.
