PHMSA will attend a meeting of the Plastic Pipe Ad Hoc Committee (PPAHC) hosted by The Railroad Commission of Texas. The Committee's primary focus is addressing the causes of mechanical fitting and appurtenance failures in the Nation's pipelines and recommending regulations or advisory bulletins to help make operators aware of related issues.
