Help Desk News:The NIH Help Desk mailbox was retired Dec 2nd 2008. Please use the IT Service Request Website (available since August 2008). While the online website is the preferred method to reach the Help Desk, do not hesitate to call them for requests that are urgent or require immediate assistance. Return receipts will be sent to people who submit request via email.
