    NTSB Recommendation: NTSB recommends that PHMSA require pipeline companies to have a policy for the review/audit of alarms.

    PHMSA Action: PHMSA issued an NPRM "Pipeline Safety: Control Room Management/Human Factors" on September 12, 2008.
