Federal Register Table of Contents

The Federal Register Table of Contents is one of several listservs on GPOLISTSERV from the United States Government Printing Office. If you click "Online mailing list archives" in the first bullet, you will find the Federal Register Table of Contents (FEDREGTOC-L) at the top of the list. When you click on "FEDREGTOC-L" you can select either "Join or leave the list" to be on the mailing list for the Federal Register TOC, "Search the archives" to find a specific document, or you can browse previous Federal Register Table of Contents by selecting a specific week from the chronological list. The weekly list covers the past two years up to the present.

If you decide to browse the Table of Contents by a specific week, once you click on a link, you will be provided with the TOC in three versions: 1. HTML Attached, 2. HTML Format and 3. Plain Text. To obtain the full-text Federal Register documents along with the Table of Contents, make sure you select "HTML Attached." There will be links to individual Federal Registers under the "HTML Attached" heading. Unfortunately, the list does not post the date on this page, but it looks like they are in chronological order. Once you have selected the appropriate date, scroll down the page to [text/html] and click this link to go to the Table of Contents. Once you find the document you need on the Table of Contents list, click the [TEXT] or [PDF] link next to the document title for the full-text.
