U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC)
EEOC, who enforces ADEA, provides the text of the
Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, as amended, as it appears in Title 29
of the United States Code. Amendments from the Older Workers Benefit Protection Act
(P. L. 101-433) and the Civil Rights Act of 1991 (P.L. 102-166) appear in boldface.
