FROM DEEP SPACE TO THE OCEAN FLOOR

The interdisciplinary Earth, ocean, and space science research at the Institute for the Study of Earth, Oceans, and Space (EOS) places it in the forefront of academic centers offering opportunities for students to work alongside distinguished faculty in high-level research projects.

EOS faculty can be found in the pages of Science and Nature, on Capitol Hill briefing policymakers on major science issues, and with students on the ice sheets of Greenland, following forest fires in Brazil, creating instruments for spacecraft, and studying data from the latest space missions.
