Description

An outbreak of E. coli O157:H7 infection is being investigated indicating that fresh spinach and salad blends containing fresh spinach are a likely source for this outbreak. The U. S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) advises at this time that people not eat any fresh spinach or salad blends containing fresh spinach that are consumed raw.
